Item Production
Every item we sell is unique and created upon request according to
the customer's specifications with involves a fair amount of time and work.
Once we receive your order, production and delivery time will vary from depending on the item,
ornamentation and workload however most items orders can be completed in approximately 14 days.
Shipping Information
Once completed, items will be shipped via your choice of U.S. Mail, UPS or FedEx
with insurance when necessary. The cost of shipping your item will be
added to your order.
Payment Information
We will accept VISA, Master Card,
personal or certified checks and money orders. We require that each item
be paid for in advance. You may secure an order with a credit card and use a different form of
payment upon completion of the job (your card will not be charged until work is complete and we are instructed by you to do so).
If payment is made by personal check we must wait until funds are in place before releasing the order.
